Equilibria is Helping Me Actually Sleep at Night (and more!)

If you’ve read any of my posts in the past, you probably know that I’ve been dealing with anxiety for years. Back in February, I started getting daily anxiety attacks. That hadn’t happened in years. After about a week of this, I immediately went online and placed my first order with Equilibria. Now, I have a monthly subscription, and I couldn’t be happier with the products and service.

Getting Started

The Basics

Equilibria is a by women, for women brand that specializes in organic, hand-harvested, full-spectrum CBD products. I’d heard of the brand before, but I didn’t have great experiences trying CBD products in the past. But my anxiety was so bad that it felt like this was what I needed to try.

Equilibria offers free one on one consultations with dosage specialists. After you place your initial order, you set up a time to chat about how the first week of using the products is going – what you are or aren’t feeling, your goals, questions, and anything else you can think of. The consult is one of the main reasons why I felt comfortable trying CBD again. I knew I would have more direct guidance this time.

One of the most common questions regarding CBD products is “will it make me feel high?” In short, it depends on the individual product. However, Equilibria’s products all have less than 0.3% THC which is what makes you feel high, and is the federal requirement. I can confirm that I have never felt even slightly off from these products, though in the past when I tried other brands, I have felt high or at least slightly off.

My Start With Equilibria CBD

Visiting the site was overwhelming, but the quiz for new customers is surprisingly helpful and educational. I felt completely confident in my order. I didn’t feel like any aspect of my issues was overlooked. My first order consisted of the Daily Softgels, Daily Drops, Rapid Calming Melts, and the Daily Gummies. Thanks to my dosage consultation and my results from the quiz, I had a pretty solid routine from the start.

The Daily Drops are the 1 item I’m not fully sold on, but, that was the item I was the most skeptical about to begin with. I was using the drops for sleep, and during my consultation, I was given tips on how to make it more effective for me personally. And, Equilibria also has a pharmacy team, so I was able to get insight into how the CBD products would interact with my prescription medications, and how to take everything so that they would work together effectively.

My Routine

My starting routine consisted of 1 Softgel in the morning, 1 Rapid Melt or Daily Gummy in the afternoon, and the Daily Drops before bed. I also used the Melts and Gummies to help with anxiety attacks on an as needed basis.

Overall, my anxiety attacks became less frequent, and less severe. I was unsure about the effectiveness of the Softgels until one of my refill orders didn’t arrive when I needed it (because I waited too long to order- the fault is fully mine on that one) and had several days without it. Let me tell you- I felt a huge difference.

Now, I’ve stopped using the Daily Drops altogether. Instead, I take the new Sleep Gummies at night. I am still taking 1 Softgel in the morning and 1 of the Daily Gummies in the afternoon. The Rapid Melts I do have, but I use them on an as needed basis. Thankfully, that’s not often- maybe twice a week. I do think this routine is perfect for me, but, in the event that my anxiety gets worse again, there are also extra strength items that I can try, in addition to other products I haven’t tried at all.

The Gummies

When the Sleep Gummies were released, I knew I would have a much better time with them. And spoiler – I love them. They are an extra strength product, so initially, I only took 1. Just 1 works so well. It’s only been in the past week that I’ve taken 2 (the ‘correct’ dose), and I’m asleep within a half hour. Last night, I fell asleep while reading and woke up to my kindle falling on my face. I haven’t slept this well in years, possible ever. The afternoon after starting them, I had a moment in the afternoon where I wasn’t ready for more coffee. I actually thought to myself, “Wait is this what being well-rested feels like? No wonder people can get so much done in a day!”

My next must-have item is the Daily Gummies. They are effective in removing any anxiety that I’m feeling, and they last about 5-6 hours for me. There’s something about both the Daily and Sleep Gummies that is more effective for me. I think part of it is tricking my mind into thinking I’m just sucking on a piece of candy. The flavors aren’t the best, but they’re pretty good. They could be a lot worse. There is something very familiar about the bordeaux cherry flavor of the Sleep Gummies that is so familiar, but I haven’t been able to figure out what it is yet.

The Daily Softgels

I would also say that the Daily SoftGels are a must-have for me. I wouldn’t have expected this in the beginning, but my experiences proved that they are helpful for me. They look just like a Vitamin E capsule, and. I take it about an hour after eating breakfast.
